Cancellations and Refunds at Winking Moon

 
Below is the pre- Covid method of payment. This summer and spring we will need to make health decisions week by week and so you will pay for your child or children the Monday when camp begins. That being said, please honor your commitment to your space in a camp. When you reserve a space and don't use it, that deprives another child from benefitting. Thanks so much for your help and understanding.

If Winking Moon has to cancel a class, the full amount of the tuition will be refunded in the form of a check.

If a participant cancels 21 days or more before the first class, the full amount of the tuition, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded in the form of a check or as a credit that can be used towards another Winking Moon class or camp within one year of date of issue.

If a participant cancels between 20 and 8 days before the first class, half the amount of the tuition will be awarded as a credit that can be used towards another Winking Moon class within one year of date of issue.

If a participant cancels in 7 days or fewer before the first class, tuition will be forfeited.
